Winter Edition.

Frosty park walks, glowing streets and warm evenings by the bar. Spend the colder months in the city at our boutique luxury hotel, where warm hospitality meets relaxed luxury.

The city looks its best when the days draw in. Winter suits Dublin. The light is low and golden, the Georgian streets glow after dark, and every pub, café and gallery feels that bit more welcoming when the weather turns.

At The Green, you are right at the heart of it. Step out for a morning stroll through the park, spend an afternoon among the shops and galleries, then come back to a warm, quiet room and a proper evening in.

Winter Walks

Wrap up and step out. St Stephen’s Green is right outside the door, perfect for a crisp morning stroll. Grafton Street is a short walk away, with lit-up shopfronts and plenty of spots for a hot chocolate. Trinity College and the Book of Kells are about 10 minutes on foot, and Iveagh Gardens, Dublin’s Secret Garden, is next door. Catch a show at the Gaiety or Olympia in the evening, then wander back to a warm room. Winter is when Dublin feels most like itself, and you’ll be right in the middle of it.

What’s On

There’s something happening all winter long. Dublin By Night Fest kicks things off on 7 November with music and buzz around Dame Street and College Green. Then the city lights up, with Winter Lights glowing across December and into January and Christmas markets and TwinkleTown bringing ice skating and festive food. Join the racing crowd at the Leopardstown Christmas Festival from 26 to 29 December. In January, TradFest fills the city with traditional music from 20 to 24 January, and Dublin Racing Festival follows on 30 and 31 January. Plenty of reasons to come, whatever the month.
